This is the best conditioner I have found so far. So thick and creamy I can hardly get it out of the bottle I take off the whole top and then it comes out just fine. My hair was so dry and frizzy stripped from everything by generic shampoo conditioner. This conditioner really has restored my hair to health it looks healthy and shiny. I use this stuff daily dont even need a shampoo with it. It really works well no split ends beautiful and curly. Love it
