I am a graphic design student who does most of my classes and work on the computer and online I have also used other versions of HP laptop and desktop and I have to say how disappointed I am with HP. My last laptop the webcam stopped working now this laptop the lightscribe doesnt work. For an hardware problem HP wants you to do a system recovery most of the time this doesnt fix the problem and creates more work for me. Today was the first time I used my lightscribe after lightscribe cds I get ring streaks around my image at which finally my harddrive needed to be replaced. Now that my hubby is needing a laptop we are avoiding HP
